03 Mar 5. Take the High Road, Joad
“Milk something, not someone…”
…
Hello there,
Moooooo…. Vega the Cow here this week with the fifth installment of the 50 ways to leave my udder.
This week, I ask Joad to “Milk Something, Not Someone!” or “5. Take the High Road, Joad!” When you milk someone, you are depriving her baby of his food and you are depriving the mother of that sacred bond with her baby. On the other hand, when you milk something, no one is affected.
Of course, you can also wake up and realize that you are too old to be drinking milk, but that’s another story altogether!
To look up the original 50 ways to leave the udder, you can always stampede over to my friend, Dotsie’s website: Switch4Good.org and download the PDF.
Please share my video with the human kids in your life.
Please share this video with the adults in your life. It lays it all out succinctly.
Please read “Food is Climate,” a book by Glen Merzer explaining the science behind the Climate Healers position paper from a layperson’s perspective.
Finally, please join us for our Vegan Convergence of the Peoples, V-COP happening every quarter.
We can heal the climate with cowrage. Yes, we can.
